Baker and Baker Real Estate was founded in Columbia, SC in 1948 by David & Lee Baker. David Baker’s son, John Baker and Lee Baker’s son-in-law, Steven Anastasion currently manage the business. Included in Baker and Baker’s portfolio are buildings occupied by AT&T (pictured at right), Lowes Home Improvement Store, Veteran's Administration as well as shopping centers anchored by K-Mart, Publix Grocery, Food Lion and others.
